2027 TOUR PRICING & SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarships
If you have received an SDF Dance Tours scholarship at a recent convention or competition, the awarded amount may be applied toward the Dancer Package. To confirm your scholarship, please email info@sdfdancetours.com with the scholarship amount, event name and location. Not ready to travel just yet? Scholarships may be deferred for up to one year with a confirmed tour deposit, allowing you to secure your scholarship for a future SDF Dance Tour. Your scholarship will be applied to the dancer’s account and reflected on your final invoice. Please note that scholarships are not cumulative. If you receive scholarships at multiple events, they cannot be combined. You may choose one scholarship to apply toward your tour package.
Room Accommodations
Tour pricing is based on double occupancy, with a maximum of 3 guests per room. Families of four will receive two separate rooms at no additional charge, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and a comfortable stay.
Final Pricing
All listed prices are per person, plus applicable taxes. Your final invoice will reflect any eligible scholarships and adjustments specific to your reservation. Scholarships have no cash value and may only be applied toward the Dancer Package for the registered dancer.

Airport & Arrival / Departure
Please note that flights are not included in the tour package and must be booked independently. To ensure you arrive in time for the start of the tour, please depart North America no later than July 20th, with your flight arriving in Lisbon on the morning of July 21st. Upon arrival at the airport, we recommend taking an Uber or Bolt directly to the host hotel. After checking in and getting settled, tour orientation and our first activities will begin that afternoon! Hotel checkout is on July 28th, marking the official end of the tour. No scheduled activities are planned for this day.
Transportation
We've got you covered throughout the tour! Ground transportation is included for all scheduled SDF Dance Tours activities and excursions. Transportation to and from Lisbon Airport is not included, allowing each family the flexibility to choose flights and arrival/departure times that work best for them.
Meals & Dining
Start each morning with a full buffet breakfast, included throughout your entire stay. Your tour also includes our special Farewell Dinner on the final evening. All other lunches and dinners are not included, giving you the freedom to explore Paris’s incredible food scene!
Hotel & Additional Nights
Planning to arrive early or extend your stay? Additional hotel nights must be booked directly with the host hotel and cannot be booked through SDF Dance Tours. When you arrive, simply let the front desk know that you are part of the SDF Dance Tours group and would like to remain in the same room for the duration of your stay. We recommend arranging additional nights with the hotel in advance to ensure availability.
